I hope you enjoy today's entry as we feature another secret for your enjoyment, thrills, chills, and possibly appalling reactions. I tried to keep it under 500 words for each day's entry. Come see what we have in store for you today in a fictional character's own words...
Genre: Paranormal Romance
Title: Faerie Princess (Violet Chaser)
Secrets aren’t just for children on the playground. Even though when I first met Cy, we were indeed children on the playground. She’d just shoved a fist full of mud into my face. She’d stood there doubled over, laughing as the sunshine danced over her purple hair. Well, she’d stood there until I’d swiped off some of the dirt from my face and chased her into the thicket. Finally, I’d drug her to the ground, pinned her squirming body to the warm earth, and smeared the mud into her laughing face.
And that’s how we’d become friends. Best friends. As we grew though, so did my thoughts. They grew to want her. I think she wanted me too. If I hadn’t screwed everything up, we probably would be together today. But I did. And we aren’t.
That hasn’t stopped me from wanting her though. I’ve wanted her for longer than I can say. She haunts my dreams. Just imaging the curve of her legs drives me insane. I picture them wrapped around my waist while I slide into her.
Which brings me to my secret.
I can’t believe I’m telling you this, but it’s what you’re here for so I guess I have to spill.
I watch Cy. Since I can travel through the Spaces Between and pop in and out in an instant, it makes it easy. Yes, I know she lives in the human world now, and it’s a huge no-no for faeries with wings like me to be there. Yes, I know it’s wrong. But I can’t help it. I need to know what she is doing. That she is safe.
She doesn’t always know I am there. I can remember one time I popped in. She was pleasuring herself. I stayed behind her makeshift closet, my eyes glued to her body. I’d never seen it like that before, and now I’ll never get the image of it out of my mind. It’s been seared there. I’ll never forget when she pulled one finger out to trace the glistening tip around her tight bud. I almost lost it then and went to her. It took everything I could not to. She should have been screaming my name. If the Gods are willing, some day she will.
